These terms govern your use of Seafood Restaurant London. By using the Site, you agree to them, if you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. Using this site
Seafood Restaurant London is a directory of restaurants across London, provided for informational purposes. Listing details (hours, ratings, menus, etc.) are sourced from public listings and owner submissions and may change without notice. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before visiting.
3. Accounts
You can create an account to save restaurants, write reviews, or manage a restaurant listing. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for activity under your account.
4. Reviews and user content
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience at the restaurant, not fake, defamatory, or abusive content. You keep ownership of any review text or photos you submit, but by submitting them you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and promote that content on the Site (and in related marketing for the Site) for as long as it remains published. Submitted content may be edited or removed if it violates these terms or is reported and found to do so.
5. Listing claims
A restaurant owner can claim an existing listing by verifying a business email address for that restaurant. We may decline or reverse a claim that appears fraudulent or can't be verified.
6. Listings and submissions
Submitting a restaurant via the "Add Your Restaurant" form doesn't guarantee publication. We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing. Paid/premium placements are subject to separate terms agreed at time of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's own design, layout, text we've written, and the compilation of listing data into this directory belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not scrape, republish or systematically extract data from the Site without our permission. Restaurant names, logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners.
8. No liability for third-party links
Booking, menu, and delivery links point to third-party services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or the transactions you make through them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that listing information is complete, accurate or up to date, always confirm directly with a restaurant before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including a wasted trip based on out-of-date listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove content you've submitted, if you breach these terms or misuse the Site, for example by posting fake reviews or attempting to defraud the listing-claim process. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, since the Site is built for London diners and restaurant owners, even though it's operated from Bangladesh. (Flag for legal review: confirm this is the right choice given where the Site is actually operated from.)
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
