Seafood Restaurant London

Owner Guide

A plain-language walkthrough of what you can actually do with a listing on this site, from claiming it to reading your Performance dashboard. Pricing and what's included on each plan lives on the Advertise page, not repeated here, so you're always looking at the current numbers.

Claiming your listing

Most restaurants on this site started as a public listing before an owner claimed it. Find your restaurant's page and scroll down the right-hand sidebar to "Is this your restaurant?", then "Claim this listing", near the bottom below the QR code and the recommend poll. Most claims verify automatically against the business email already on file; if that email doesn't match yours, our team reviews the claim by hand, so it can take a little longer, but it still goes through. Once approved, you'll see the listing under "My Restaurant" when you log in at /account.

Don't have a listing yet at all? Add your restaurant for free instead of claiming, that starts a brand new one.

Managing your business details

Everything about how your listing looks lives under the "My Restaurant" tab in your account. From there you can:

  • Edit your contact details, opening hours, description and booking/delivery links.
  • Upload real photos, both a main photo and a gallery, each with an optional category (Food, Interior, Chef, Outdoor) and caption.
  • Add your menu: real dishes with a photo, price and category. How many categories and dishes you can add depends on your current plan, shown right there in the Menu section as you add them.
  • Pick your cuisine and feature tags from the existing list, or suggest a new one. Suggestions go through a quick review before they go live, existing tag changes usually apply the same way.

Member Discounts

Papa Plan and Grandpa Plan listings can offer a real, verified discount code from the "Discount Offers" tab. A visitor claims a unique code online (they have to be logged in), and you check and redeem it yourself using the redeem tool on the same tab, either by typing the code in or scanning the customer's own QR code with your phone.

  • Single-use by default: a code works once, then it's spent.
  • Or mark a discount Reusable, so the same code works on every visit, with an optional cap on total uses and an optional cooldown between uses.
  • Once a customer claims a code, it's honoured through whatever end date and terms you had set at that exact moment. Pausing, cancelling, or tightening the terms afterwards only ever affects new claims, it can never take anything away from a code someone already claimed. If you make a discount's terms genuinely better later (more uses, a shorter cooldown), we automatically email everyone it applies to with an updated card, no extra work for you.

See /advertise for how many discounts each plan allows at once.

Tracking performance

The "Performance" tab in your account shows real, live numbers for your listing, not estimates. Every plan, including the free one, gets:

  • A Listing Health Score: a completeness check (photos, description, menu, opening hours, and more) with direct links to fix whatever's missing.
  • Real 30-day stats: profile views, unique visitors, outbound clicks (to your menu or booking link), and how many people have saved your listing, each with a trend against the previous 30 days.
  • A comparison against similar nearby restaurants, and a breakdown of your visitors by device and where they came from (direct, search, another listing on this site, a scanned QR code, and more).
  • Photo and menu analytics: which of your photos and dishes actually get looked at.

See /advertise for exactly what each plan includes.

Reviews

You can reply to any review left on your listing directly from the "Reviews" tab. If a review looks fake or fraudulent, use the "Report this review" option under it rather than replying publicly, our team looks into every report.
