Golden Union has served Soho since 2008 from its Poland Street dining room, with a chequered floor, tiled walls and a jukebox. Every fish on the menu is traceable back to the boat that caught it, sustainably sourced from Scotland, Norway and the North Atlantic, and the pies, fishcakes, tartare sauce and mushy peas are all made in-house.
A Soho institution since 2008 serving over 1.5 million customers, with responsibly sourced haddock, cod, plaice, pollock, hake and rock salmon, homemade pies, secret-recipe tartare sauce and plant-based options in a diner-style dining room.
